Classic 36 – Cruising chute fixing

Hi

Looking to get a crusiing chute/ code Zero and was wondering where/how the sail is attached to the bow?

Also has anyone fitted a second spinnaker and or main halyard?

As we have in-mast reefing & roller furler there is no secondary backup if going up the mast.

Thanks again

Graham

I have a cruising chute which I migrated from my previous boat, and which I have not yet used. I was under the impression I could hoist it with the spinnaker halyard, but from what I have read here, it seems I will need a separate halyard; perhaps someone here could comment on this?
