Is the pipe definitely blocked? The bilge pump on our 455 has a none return in the end of the pipe so if you blew from the pump end it would appear blocked. I had a similar problem of the pump not pumping anything. I removed the impellor and applied a little vaseline before refitting it. Working fine now.
