The spec for the 365GL says teak. And I have now found a technical description of the 405 from Dufour which describes the cockpit seats as iroko. It does not describe the deck but that would have been an option so probably also iroko.
As for the "wood" around the anchor locker, mine is still complete and I see no evidence of it being bedded on other wood but maybe that is because mine is complete.
