The toenail was made by Goiot and is, I think, their 823 range. Their website says it is no longer manufactured but they may still have some in stock. It looks very similar to the toenail made by Osculati.In the UK the guy to go to for Goiot spares is Kenneth Ryland of Sanshin.co.uk, email: office@sanshin.co.uk. I found him very helpful when I needed some new stanchion bases in 2020 but I believe these also are no longer made.
