Discharging LA batteries below 50% of their capacity is not recommended for long-term battery life. They reach 50% discharge at 12.06v, according to the attached table, therefore you can consider your alarm to be correctly calibrated and would be well advised to add charging capacity such as PV panels if your house bank discharges to this level frequently.
