Agree with above. The acid test is the presence or absence of rudder drift under a well trimmed sail configuration. If drift is present under sail you will need to persuade the crafts men involved with repairs to redo the job. That would be a challenge especially in the current financial climate. Alternatively the freer moving parts are more sensitive to propwash. Good luck.
