I’m curious why folk dont store them on the deck outside if the boat is laid up out of the water? I always do, but these responses make me think I might be missing something. The battens and the sail bag slats are some kind of fibreglass, so are they not impervious to weathering (excluding UV, which there’s not a lot of over winter).
