Is it the actual unit that’s leaking or the unit-topside interface.
It’s easy to re-seal the unit in with sika or butyl tape.
If it’s the actual seal on the unit then I would suggest cleaning the rubber in soapy water and then maybe get a rubber treatment (for car door seals) and treat with that.
