We have a 1.82m draft keel on our Dufour 365GL which I think was the main version produced.
We have not found it at all tender, especially compared to our previous boat which was slightly smaller. We have done ~23000 miles over the 13 years of ownership sailing to Baltic (as far as St Petersberg), to Spain and Ireland and had no issues with “tenderness”. We have cruised and we have raced. And we have been out in some pretty strong winds (but not storms) at times. We have always felt very well protected.
