Hi Jason
The electric bilge pump for the 36C is situated under the saloon floor on the table side, ie port side. I think there are 8 screws holding the floor down. You do not need to remove the mounts for the table legs from the floor. My 36C does not have a float switch so this is probable something the previous owner added.
