We installed a Spinnaker pole on our Classic 36 but the biggest pain is the Babystay.
So Gybing etc is not easy so we went for the ATN tacker and this seems to work very well.
Mind you still looking at a retractable bowsprint with a gennaker on a roller furler but much more expensive.
