We also have an 1800. Ours had two lines to starboard when we got her, for the main and genoa halyards with stoppers and a winch.
I added three lines to port to extend the two reefing lines and the topping lift to the cockpit.
These had jammers under the boom and a cleat on the mast previously.
I left the spinnaker halyard on the mast as we do not have one, but I am used to hoisting and lowering it from there.
Like Stefan we also added a solar panel as the diesel had died and I replaced it with an electric outboard that fits nicely in the cockpit well and can be recharged from the main battery.
