I would echo John Cook’s suggestion. It would be more effective to bring them to a glass merchant and have replacements made. I’m not familiar with the particular arrangement on your boat, but I would suggest bringing the complete doors as they are, if possible with no fear of breaking them. The glass merchant can make up a template from what he can see, and then you can remove them with no need to fear any consequences of breakage.
I would suggest specifying laminated glass, but your glass merchant will probably be able to discern what type of glass the originals were made of.
