I am the new happy owner of a Classic 32 (not ready to sail for the moment, repairs have to be done this winter). She is equipped with a steering wheel. This modification had been made by one of the previous owners, as it was originally equipped with a tiller. If you would like pictures of the assembly, I can send you some.
For the practical side, I wonder about putting it back in tiller. The steering wheel takes a lot of space in the cockpit, and does not seem very practical. I’ll see next spring when she will goes back into the water.
