We have a tiller in our 32 classic, we have had her since new in 2002 and chose tiller rather than wheel. The tiller gives plenty of space in the cockpit and has less to go wrong than a wheel. I suggest that you will soon get used to the tiller and suggest that you try it for a season before changing it.
