You have to put them in yourself. I added 2 hefty “D” rings with appropriate backing plates, one at the forward end of the cockpit locker and one in the transom. Both these points can be accessed easily for fixing them- by getting in the locker and lying through the hatchway in the aft cabin. Pretty straightforward and quick job.
