As you say I believe they are just illuminated switches and not fuses therefore if they are switching 12v then it’s likely it’s only the little LED that’s blown.
I assume you have googled the part number on the switch? That’s how I found some replacement 240v panel switches a few years back.
I think I ended up getting them from someone like Farnell…
