I used eagle boat windows as well for replacement acrylic on my 36 classic, and recommend them. There’s a lot of information on the site. The butyl tape has worked for me as well. I had to cut the windows and frame out with an extending long Stanley blade between the outer topsides and frame which was hard work. Thick riggers gloves and safety specs are wise ! The only thing I’d add is the advice I received was to be very careful on progressively tightening the bolts down, and not overdoing it. Apparently the frames are easy to deform. Hope that helps
