Hi Stephen, I have a Dufour Classic 32. Purchased last year. On survey slight gap between hull and keel. Surveyor said quite normal) No water ingress, no rust stains like on yours, bolts 100%.
I have had it epoxyed and re-sealed. I’m not a surveyor – but owners quite a few yachts. If you like the yacht and all other bits are AOK I would negotiate a discount
(subject to no serious defects) have the keel removed and replace all bolts you you know it’s spot on. And get a qualified surveyor to oversee.
One sign on yours is the rust – where is it coming from? – probably the bolts which = corrosion.
