My 39GF Design has teak grating in the cockpit as well as teak grating in both heads, I repaired or made new all the panels in the cockpit by taking them apart and making new sections or complete new panels. It’s not easy and getting suitable teak is difficult and expensive I managed to find an old science lab worktop and machined the castle sections on a CNC miller. Search “teak grating” and you will find several suppliers, you can then send them a template or your broken grating as a pattern, Howells in Poole in Dorset should be able to supply what you need, but it will not be cheap.
