I’ve not got a source for replacement.
If the rubbing strake is really mucky black mould etc you can get surprisingly good results by applying thick domestic bleach ,leave for 20min+,it might need a couple of goes scrub the bleach in ,rinse off.
It revitalised mine ,stick back in place with polyurethane silicone.
