Hi, I have an anchor winch that I installed on my 31. I placed it infront of the anchor locker. It may seem a bit far forward but there is room and sufficient drop for the chain to fall. I have 20 metres of chain and 30 metres of rope.
The setup has been in place for 4 or 5 years and has worked well.
The only pictures I have to hand are on deck. I shall not be on my boat for 2 weeks so I won’t be able to send pictures of the internal details for a while. But there is nothing complicated.
