Hi,
I replaced the rigging on my Dufour 28 Mezzo earlier this year. Cost was £2375, that included £375 for new mast coquilles (which hold the stemball fittings), five new internal wires (from the inside roof where the deck chainplates come through to the hull attachment points) at around £310, new turnbuckles everywhere (around £670) and shipping. I replaced my headsail furler as well, but that was a separate purchase.
I used Jimmy Green Marine, who were great. I removed, packaged and shipped them my old rigging and they essentially replicated it and sent it back. Sourcing new coquilles was tricky, and they sent a sample for me to check the fit of on the mast. The new ones were very slightly larger so required me to mill out the holes on the mast a little during fitting.
If you need any more information, let me know.
Thanks,
Fraser
