I am not sure that the heater plugs would cause a significant battery voltage drop. How are you measuring it?
Can you not put a voltmeter on the cable to the plugs which would at least determine whether there is a wiring fault.
You could also measure the resistance between the connector to the heater plugs and ground – if open circuit then the heater plugs are all faulty.
