    Chris,
    I have a D34P and my rudder is made by JP3 not Jefa. I got my bearings from IBS. Might be worth contacting the UK Dufour agents at Universal Yachting, I spoke with them before replacing my lower bearing and the chap there was knowledgeable and helpful.
