I suggest you remove all the screws around the forehatch and put them in again with fresh sikaflex. I had to do this on the centre hatch a few years ago. Your 32C is now of sufficient age where the sikaflex lets go and needs to be replaced. e.g. windows, screws etc.
Regarding the saloon. I found that a lot of water on the main hatch can overwhelm the drainage channels that run forward under the hatch garage and cause it to run down the inner moulding of the deck. Eventually the water collects on the channel on the edge of the moulding at the gunwale.
