Yes, On my 2800 it is exactly where Paur Forrest described, towards the stern on the port side. There is a hole in the white gelcoated cockpit wall, and you insert the steel tube through the hole into the socket on the pump behind, and then you pump it up and down as described by Paul. If such a tube didn’t come with the boat when you bought it, any tube or dowel of the correct diameter should fit.
