Thanks Neil. This is kind of what I’m pursuing, I’m pretty sure its better to replace than try too fix. Every rigger I talk to says they spend all their time replacing facnor kit! I know they are good for downwind / code 0 and apparently the flat deck is pretty good too. But I can get a Harken for the same price so seems like a no brainer to me!
