We have frequent intermittent problems with the above deck Facnor furler on our D365GL which are usually solved by easing the halyard. It sometimes sticks unrolling too. Other times it works perfectly with the halyard fully tight, especially if there is no wind at all. Halyard wrap is a potential problem if the tension is eased.
