These hinges are available from FA Parkes ( http://www.faparkes.co.uk). They are available on back order of about 4-6 weeks as they come from France. For our 36C their part number is 31762. The size is 38×14. The Pinet part number is 60-1-3329 or 60-1-3327 depending whether it is nickel or chrome plated. I went for the former as that the only one available through F A Parkes
This hinge is different from the one Jeremy quotes above for his 35C in that the offset is slightly smaller but the overall size is bigger at 38×18. So it is worth checking the dimensions before ordering. I think the Parkes part number is 24499
