I agree with Andrew’s comments re using an angle grinder. Unless you are very skilled I fear it could cause damage. As Andrew suggested I used a stepped cone drill in my later batch of replacements but a dremel in the first batch. The dremel allowed me to cut around from the inside of the through-hull (outside the hull) in a very delicate manner.
