Hi, I have a Dufour44 and had a similar problem,sagging in some areas
took a wire brush to the hook part of the velcro that removed the bits of fluff
lining now good as new.
if the velcro on the deck head is failing use a heat gun to remove the faulty bit
and replace with new velcro it seems to spoil the original with visible screws
